Yes, your card will be automatically charged unless you cancel or upgrade your subscription at least 15 days prior to the end of the first billing cycle.
The payment is done before the services are delivered. HiDubai charges and collects the subscription fees in advance for use of the digital marketing bundled service.
Once you select a subscription plan and provide billing information, we will calculate a pro-rated amount with the first payment. The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
No, all fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for these payments.
All currency exchange settlements are based on your agreement with the payment method provider and the customer will be responsible for these charges.
Upon cancellation of subscription, a prorated refund for the remaining period of the subscription will be issued. A processing fee of AED 150 for yearly subscriptions and AED 25 for monthly/quarterly subscriptions will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you wish to cancel, you will need to notify us 15 days prior to the end of you term by sending an email to reach@hidubai.com. Upon cancellation, your transaction data is deleted from our payment gateway servers and the customers will receive and email confirming the cancellation.
You can upgrade or downgrade the subscription at any time of your usage by dropping in an email at reach@hidubai.com. HiDubai does not refund any fees in that case. Any adjustment of unconsumed credit during an upgrade will be decided on case-to-case basis.
