Introduction

This Website is an online business directory platform allowing business owners to publish directory information about their businesses and users to search for directory information about businesses in the UAE. Business owners are third party providers of products/services who are registered with this Website and who can use the capabilities provided by this Website to publish information about their business and to communicate with the Users (Business Owners). Users are all individuals and organisations who register with this Website and who use the capabilities provided by this Website to search the business directory and to communicate with the Business Owners and others (Users).
2. We are not involved in the sale or purchase of any products/services offered by the Business Owners. We are only providing a directory service and are not a party to any subsequent sales agreement entered into between the User and the Business Owner.

The Website and the Tejuri Content are protected by the copyright laws and other intellectual property laws of the UAE and are protected globally by applicable international copyright treaties.
2. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Website for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Website. Suspension and termination

1. Where we have determined, in our discretion, that there has been a breach of these Terms, we may take such action as we deem appropriate including:
   1. disabling your username and password;
   2. removing, suspending or disabling your access to the Website or any content on the Website;
   3. issuing a warning to you;
   4. using any technological, legal, operational or other means available to enforce these Terms.

1. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any term of this agreement.

3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tejuri in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this Website.
